Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style for basic embroidery or screen print. For custom fabric or full OEM, MOQ is typically 200–300 pieces. Tell us your product idea and we'll confirm the exact minimum for your specifications.
Absolutely. Send us a reference photo, a sketch, or even a written description — our in-house tech pack team will create detailed drawings, suggest fabric options, and provide a full production spec sheet before we start. This service is free for Growth and Scale tier clients.
We conduct 4-stage quality inspections during bulk production. You'll receive photo and video updates at each checkpoint — cutting, sewing, finishing, and packed inspection. If anything doesn't meet your standard, we redo it at no extra cost before shipping.
Sample production: within 7 days. Bulk production: 14–25 days after sample approval, depending on order volume — including QC inspection and shipping preparation. Express production is available for Growth and Scale tier clients. Shipping time is additional (3–30 days depending on method and destination).
